My name is Ale, and I am the face behind Olyscake! I absolutely love everything related to baking, but of course, I enjoy other things too, like cooking, eating, drinking, traveling, London, cats, and most importantly, my dear friends and family ♡
about Olyscake
I work full-time as a consultant in a market research company, and after work, I transform into a passionate baker. I have always had a love for eating, cooking, and baking. Even as a child, I constantly had my hands involved in something culinary. After school, I decided to pursue an apprenticeship as a chef. However, I didn't resonate well with the harsh atmosphere in the kitchen, so I made a switch to the office. I had the opportunity to do my commercial apprenticeship at the (former) Midor AG, specializing in cookies and ice cream. What a dream!

I continued my office path, and my passion for baking became a cherished hobby. It was during my vacation in Brighton, UK, in 2018 when I discovered a baking art that was relatively unknown to me at the time: cupcakes! I was instantly captivated by the concept and decided to bring it to life by starting my own small brand, Olyscake. Why Olys? Well, English speaking people seem to struggle with pronouncing my name "Ale" correctly, and they often called me "Oly." I found it cute, and it added a personal touch to my brand.

I pour my heart and soul into every cake and cupcake I create, infusing them with love, creativity, and a sprinkle of magic. I am thrilled to share my sweet treats with you and be a part of your special moments and celebrations.
